HIACC design & assemble a wide range of walk-in/drive-in test chambers. The construction model includes Integral Welded Floors, Pre-Fabricated Modular Panel construction and Compact Walk-In chambers. The Integral welded floors is adopted for heavy-duty testing with ramp rate more than 10°C/min and is ideal for high soak period testing. This is customised as per customer’s requirement.
The Pre-Fabrication Modular Panel Construction is the most commonly used construction type for walk-in chambers. The structure can be assembled in a short period and provide floor loading up to 5 tonnes. The chamber is equipped with urethane insulations, moisture seals, dry & frost-free test space, lightings and touchscreen controller.
The Compact Walk-In Chambers are made on our Klima platform which is suitable for medium-size specimen testing such as PV module testing. The chamber has a smaller footprint area and is energy efficient.
