Test Space
  • Periodic inspection of test space for the presence of foreign materials such as dirt, metal pieces etc.   Clean the test space properly.
  • Periodic inspection of chamber lamp, wet-bulb wick & viewing window panels. 
  • Check the door closure system at regular interval for wear & tear. 
  • Clean humidifying tray
  • Clean dehumidifier’s air filter
  • Regularly check the water draining system

Refrigeration & Humidification System
  • Maintain a regular log of compressor performance
  • Periodic cleaning of compressor fuel tank.
  • Regularly Change air filter & air/oil separator in the compressor
  • Monitor abnormal vibrations, noises & leakages
  • Periodic cleaning of condenser filter
  • Check refrigerant leakage & consumption level
  • Regularly clean water pump filter

Electrical System
  • Regularly clean electrical compartments
  • Monitor & test electrical breakers.
  • Periodically check the overheat protection trip system.

External Structure
  • Regularly check any presence of corrosion, damage & leakages
  • Periodically check precautionary alarm systems.
